What You’ll Do
As an HVAC Dispatch Scheduler, you’ll be responsible for closing out calls, processing service requests, and preparing paperwork for escalated cases. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction by utilizing industry best practices within a call center environment. If you have a passion for customer service, this could be the perfect role for you!
Compensation & Sign-On Bonus – Based on Experience
Daily Responsibilities
- Provide fast, friendly, and professional customer service to both internal and external clients
- Answer incoming calls regarding service, billing, and other department inquiries
- Schedule service and estimate appointments in a timely and efficient manner
- Make outbound calls to book, confirm, and follow up on scheduled or completed appointments when not actively dispatching
- Manage customer concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolutions
- Accurately track technician job status, including time in, time out, and closeouts
- Provide support to schedulers and escalate issues as needed, ensuring proper follow-through
- Complete additional duties as assigned by management

- Adaptability – Comfortable handling high work volumes with accuracy
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Dispatch experience preferred
- HVAC industry experience is a plus but not required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Physical & Work Requirements
- Must be able to remain seated for extended periods
- Must be able to work effectively in a remote setting while following business guidelines
- Must have the flexibility to work various shifts, including days and weekends on-call
