Thankful and grateful for their prompt service. We installed all the AC and heat units this year, very professional and thorough in their work. A clean and complete job. Today when the temps were extremely cold, they responded within 30 mins and checked the unit and cleared the frozen pipes and enhanced them for future purposes.

These guys are the best. They answered my phone call on the first try – other companies didn’t even call me back when I left messages. They were professional and timely. I was beyond lucky to be referred to West End Heating and Air. We have a very old unit (York 1975) that was serviced by one of their techs, Charlie. He was very thorough in checking both the outside unit as well as the one under the house, PLUS the thermostat inside. It wasn’t just a service call, I got an education on the unit itself and how to preserve it. The service call was very reasonably priced. Charlie was very well educated and adept on the unit, and explained the issues we had with it in detail. I couldn’t be happier. Also, shout out to the receptionist Mandy. She was very personable and made sure to schedule us promptly. This is a great company, and I look forward to continuing my services with them!

West End Heating and Air is the most reliable, prompt, professional, and fair company we have worked with for our HVAC needs in RVA. If you’re looking for a company you can trust with great people, look no further. We got on the schedule for a day later with no AC, but Jason gave us a call and came by on a whim at 7:30pm on the hottest week of the year to make sure we had AC.
